  • Upper Common, Scholes: Linnet - 80+ - feeding on stubble with several chaffinch also into Middle Common.

  • Endcliffe Park: Kingfisher - 2 - Whizzed past my ears as I approached the mini-roundabout at top of the park. Nearly fell off my bike!

  • Graves Park: Ring-necked Parakeet - 4 - 2 pairs already occupying adjacent nest holes, in same tree, and showing signs of courtship
