RVCP, Meadowgate Lake: Common Tern - 5 ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - pair - A pair attempted to nest on the island, incubating for more than a week before the nest/eggs were destroyed/predated as the falling water levels gave access to the island for foxes etc.

A Nether Green garden: Great Tit - 3+ - brood successfully fledged from box today after 18 days

Agden: Wood Warbler - 1 - 1 calling again in 11 acre wood, opposite top of windy bank.

Firsby Res: Yellow Wagtail - 1 - Male at abandoned farm ; Pied Wagtail - 1 - Male with Yellow Wagtail. ; Kestrel - 2 - Pair nesting activity. ; Swallow - 6 ; Swift - 19 ; Whitethroat - 12 ; Blackcap - 6 ; Great Tit - 3 - 2 nesting in stone wall at farm. ; Blue Tit - 6 - Including nesting pair in tree stump. ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 ; Linnet - 10+ ; Reed Bunting - 1 - Singing male ; Yellowhammer - 2 ; Kestrel - 3 - including pair at nest site? ; Song Thrush - 2 ; Treecreeper - 2 ; Chiffchaff - 5 ; Willow Warbler - 7 ; Stock Dove - 1+ - Squab fallen out of nest hole returned.
