Kimberworth: Sparrowhawk - 1 - Female - perched on a tree branch at the bottom of the garden for approximately 10 minutes.

Mount Pleasant, Leadmill: Fieldfare - 2 - 1 sitting in field by road, flew down to join 1 other in trees by Derwent ; Blue Tit - 1

Rawmarsh: Common Buzzard - 2 - singles, both over then SW @ 0955 & 1525hrs ; Greylag Goose - 1 - W @ 0843hrs ; Sparrowhawk - 1 - soaring briefly with BZ @ 1525hrs

Rockingham Wood: 319 - 2 - soaring together over N edge of wood ; Wren - 1 - singing ; Robin - 1 - singing ; Mistle Thrush - 1 - singing ; Chiffchaff - 1 - singing

Silverwood Lagoon: Chiffchaff - 8 - now 8 singing around pit top, all in sheltered spots (The Close, Round Wood, southern and western paddocks, Hollings Lane sidings)

Blackburn Meadows NR: Chiffchaff - 5 - 5 singing

Bradfield/West Nab: Golden Plover - 400+ - 400-500 In usual field opposite farm ; Lapwing - 18 - In several fields same area as G. Plover ; Skylark - 2 - Both Singing in flight ; Stonechat - 1 - Male perched on post on Swan Height ; 319 - 1 - causing panic amongst lapwings as it flew over and dissapeared towards Glen Howe
