  • Bents Green: House Martin - 1+ - 1-2 flying in and out of possible nest site under eaves near Bents Green School
  • Brinsworth: Greenfinch - 3 - Pair feeding 1 youngster from observers feeder 17.00 ; 319 - 1 - Flew low over Barrett estate towards Canklow Woods 12.55
  • Burbage Moor: Curlew - 1 - Calling, heard distantly from Ox Stones, well away from footpaths I think. Not much signs of life within dog range of footpaths near Ox Stones
  • Canklow Woods: Lesser Whitethroat - 1 - singing
  • Dennis Knoll: Spotted Flycatcher - 1 - Mobbing grey squirrel, presumably near nest site ; Whitethroat - 1 - Male singing in Jubilee plantation
  • Fairholmes: Wood Warbler - 1 - 1 Singing male woods above Fairholmes
  • Fairholmes Bay: Oystercatcher - 3 - flying around over Reservoir made off to the south calling.
