Orgreave Lakes: Great Black-backed Gull - 24 - At 16.15 when rain stopped play. ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 22 ; Herring Gull - 114 ; Common Gull - 3 ; Black-headed Gull - 331 ; Goldeneye - 2 - 1 pair ; Goosander - 6 ; Kittiwake - 1 - adult still present at least to pre-sunrise (c.07.45hrs) at least at NE corner of large lake

Richmond: Sparrowhawk - 1 - male took Feral Pigeon off bridge over A57 right next to observer, landing with it on Richmond Road and with the pigeon escaping when a skip truck (thankfully) braked for them

Orgreave Lakes: Goosander - 23 - Several displaying birds. ; Goldeneye - 3 - 1 female and 2 males. The males were displaying to each other. ; Great Black-backed Gull - 52 - Numbers counted were on the water at dusk. Many other birds dropping in to wash off then leaving. ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 21 ; Herring Gull - 236 ; Common Gull - 1 - 1st winter. ; Black-headed Gull - 180 ; Kittiwake - 1 - Adult still present at NE corner did not join the communal rosst. Still present at 16.45 effectively dark.
