Silver Wood: Treecreeper - 4 - Singles calling active between trees. ; Coal Tit - 2 - Calling. ; Jay - 2 - Calling from Holly bushes in centre of wood. ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 1 - Calling In tree tops. ; Chaffinch - 4 - Feeding at woodland edge. ; Siskin - 1 - Over Ravenfield arms calling.

Birley Edge: Pink-footed Goose - 305 - Flew WNW in 4 skeins at 09:30

Bleaklow: SNOW BUNTING - 6 - Just outside our recording area at Wain Stones N of Snake Summit, 6 feeding for 1 hour then flew N around 1:30pm high and out of sight.
