• Kimberworth: Song Thrush - 1 - In the garden bird bath for a few minutes.
• Ladybower Res, north arm: Willow Warbler - 33+ - Singing ; Blackcap - 7 - Singing ; Mistle Thrush - 10 - Siniging ; Chiffchaff - 6 - Calling ; Wren - 10 - Singing ; Common Sandpiper - 5 ; Chaffinch - 25+ ; Robin - 13 - Singing ; Song Thrush - 1 ; Oystercatcher - 1 ; Treecreeper - 1 ; Curlew - 13+ - Calling ; Blackbird - 11 ; Greylag Goose - 10 ; Canada Goose - 80+ ; Mandarin - 2 - M&F in field ; Mallard - 13 - Plus 11 chicks with female ; Blue Tit - 6 ; Great Tit - 4 ; Pheasant - 7 - 4m + 3f ; Nuthatch - 2 - Calling
• Longshaw: Redstart - 3+
• Orgreave Lakes: Yellow Wagtail - 1 - BLUE-HEADED WAGTAIL - a fem/1st summer ; Little Gull - 2 - 2 adults ; Swift - 1 - 1st returning ; Whimbrel - 1 - In at 09:00. Landed briefly after circuit of Main Lake then N. ; Shelduck - 2 - North at 08:45 ; Arctic Tern - 1 - In at 08:30. Present for at least two hours. Frequently harassed by BHGs. ; Yellow Wagtail - 5+ - At least 4 North in two hours and Blue- headed Wagtail still present at 08:00. ; Sand Martin - 80+ ; House Martin - 10+ ; Swallow - 15+ ; Lesser Whitethroat - 1 - Singing in bushes below cricket field. ; Arctic Tern - 1 - Left north at 11.45 ; Little Gull - 3 ; Yellow Wagtail - 4 - All Standard ; Swift - 21 - North over bund. ; Common Gull - 1 - 1st year bird north ; Raven - 1 - NE ; Wheatear - 2 - 1 no northern shore 1 on island ; Sedge Warbler - 1 - In Sedges on Eastern Shaw. ; Little Egret - 2 ; Whimbrel - 1 - straight through low NW 17:15, different to earlier bird. ; Little Gull - 3 - 2 adds + 1- 2nd year ; Sand Martin - c40 ; Swift - 21
• Padley Gorge: Grey Wagtail - 2 - pair ; Cuckoo - 1+ - one calling from Burbage, later from west side of gorge, later from Burbage again ; Meadow Pipit - 10+ ; Tree Pipit - 2 - singing ; 319 - 1 - in trees on west side of gorge ; Tree Pipit - 1 ; Pied Flycatcher - 5+
• Pebley Pond: Grey Partridge - 2 ; Oystercatcher - 1 ; Little Ringed Plover - 1
• Ramsley Moor: Willow Warbler - 13+ ; Curlew - 1 ; 319 - 3 - in air together
• Redmires Res: Whinchat - 1 - male briefly by Middle Res ; Grasshopper Warbler - 2 - reeling by Middle Res ; Mandarin - 1 - male flew W over Top Res and into Broadshaw Plantation ; Willow Warbler - 20 - c. singing ; Oystercatcher - 2 ; Swallow - 1 - N ; Chiffchaff - 3 - singing
• Rocher Head Fields: Ring Ouzel - 3 - m, f and indeterminate in usual spring staging area. ; Wheatear - 1 ; Golden Plover - c50 - flock in flight, some landed in fields above Agden Rocher. ; Oystercatcher - 2 - pair
• Rocher Wood: Redstart - 3 - singing males at the NW end ; Tree Pipit - 2 - singing males at NW end
• RVCP, Main Lake: House Martin - 2 - first arrivals,,
