• Cowell Flat: Wheatear - 1 - male ; Stonechat - 2 - pair
• Dale Dike Res: Redstart - 1 - male singing in tree on Hoyles Farm, S. side of the reservoir
• Dalton: Chiffchaff - 4+ - inc at least 2 singing ; Bullfinch - 3 - 1pr + 1m ; Mute Swan - 1pr - NE @ 0843hrs ; Long-tailed Tit - 2 ; Oystercatcher - 1 - W, calling ; Rook - 5+ - returning with sticks to 5+ nests on arms of pylons
