Abbey Crescent S7: Red-legged Partridge - 1 - Flew into a double-glazed window. Wandered around the patio and flew off.

Dore and Totley Golf Club: Raven - 2 - Pait of Ravens moving slowly and low in a W direction towards Holmesfield, harried by a pair of carrion crows

Ecclesfield: 319 - 2 ; Blackcap - 2 - Transpennine Trail, singing ; Chiffchaff - 8 - Singing ; Willow Warbler - 3 - Singing ; 319 - 1 - Hunting over Blackburn Brook. ; Swallow - 1 - Over Loicher Lane. ; Grey Heron - 1 - Cross Hill, very low south over houses

Hallam Moors: Golden Plover - 17 - Flock flying around over moors between Stanedge Lodge and Stanage Edge.

Middleton Moor: Wigeon - 1 - Male ; Tufted Duck - 2 - pair ; 320 - 2 - pair displaying before swimming into reedbed in SE corner of No. 4 lagoon ; Goosander - 4 - redheads roosted ; Coot - 1 ; Wigeon - 1 - male ; Shelduck - 2 - pair on No. 4 lagoon - some display noted ; Oystercatcher - 2 ; Lapwing - 12 ; Curlew - 22 - roosted ; Lesser Black-backed Gull - 180 - c. roosted ; Herring Gull - 3 ; Yellow-legged Gull - 1 - near adult ; CASPIAN GULL - 1 - 2 CY with LBBs ; Common Gull - 10 ; Willow Warbler - 1 - singing by hide ; Pied Wagtail - 33 - roosted ; Snipe - 1 - flushed from path by No. 4 lagoon - flew into reedbed

Moscar House: Red Kite - 1 - Flying about between Cutthroat Bridge and Moscar House. Got divebombed by a Lapwing. ; Ring Ouzel - 2 - Male and female flew across the valley and A57, towards Hordron Edge. ; Oystercatcher - 2 - Calling and landed on grass close to Ladybower Brook.

Orgreave Lakes: Little Egret - 4 - most in breeding plumage including the purple cere. ; Goldeneye - 2 - 1 pair ; Tufted Duck - 21 ; Scaup - 1 - males seemingly paired with a female Tufted duck ; Scaup - 1 - another photo ; 320 - 1 ; Common Sandpiper - 1 - one on the island and one on the river were probably the same bird. ; Shelduck - 1 - Male dropped in at 10.09 but not seen to leave . Not present at 10.45. ; Little Ringed Plover - 1
