Scholes: 319 - 1 - over village, also 1 SW toward Grange, same bird?

Silverwood Lagoon: Swallow - 1 ; Willow Warbler - 13 - good numbers in now; 13 singing around pit top ; Blackcap - 13 - singing on pit top from Hollings Lane to Flanderwell end ; Whitethroat - 5 - singing ; Chiffchaff - 8+ - singing

Sothall: Grey Heron - 1 - nocmig sound recorded over garden 0200hr ; Golden Plover - 1 - nocmig sound recorded over garden 0231hr

Sugworth: Lesser Redpoll - 1 - Heard in larch scrub on hillside above the hall.

Ughill Moors: Wheatear - 2 - 2 males on short turf by track past ganister quarry ; Snipe - 1 - Heard chirruping in grassy, rushy area (``Lodge Moor'') between Moscar Cross and Stake Hill Road.
