Silver Wood: Reed Warbler - 1 - a recent arrival singing on railway line pond ; Great Spotted Woodpecker - 3+ - Adult feeding noisy chicks in hole high in dead tree. ; Nuthatch - 3+ - Adult feeding chicks in low nest hole.

Silverwood Lagoon: BLACK-NECKED GREBE - 3+ - pair with young + third adult ; Great Crested Grebe - 2 ; Reed Warbler - 6 - a couple of extras singing this morning ; Cetti's Warbler - 1 ; House Martin - 3+ - Collecting mud from puddles near Gorse bushes.
